Client Coordinator

Basic Overview of Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the below functions.

  • Manage the client’s experience to ensure consistent satisfaction.
  • Aid clients with shipments
  • Book Shipments, track shipments, and ready shipments for billing.
  • Assist Business Development with the acquisition of new clients.
  • Analyze client opportunities and develop innovative solutions and associated pricing.
  • Identify carriers to fulfil strategic opportunities.
  • Assist with RFP’s.
  • Ensure profit margin protection relative to quoted solutions.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with carriers by serving as a source of information, designing improvements/solutions for their business needs, and providing guidance.
  • Create unique solutions to prospect and client problems.
  • Identify service/product improvements by monitoring industry trends and engaging in discussions with clients.
  • Develop and sustain professional skills, technical knowledge and industry news by reviewing industry publications, attending workshops, and participating in training and ongoing education.
  • Manage your pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
  • Focus on your growth, client satisfaction, and achieving company goals.

Experience of an Ideal Candidate:

In addition to the above, all candidates must meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

It is preferred, but not required, that candidates have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline
  • Related professional experience in domestic logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
